What does Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner do? The Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner resets the skin's pH after cleansing, and deeply hydrates and nourishes the skin. It is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin as it is made with only 7 ingredients. It contains 91.3% Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract, which is used instead of water. Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract is a traditional herbal ingredient used to treat skin inflammation. Like all Pyunkang Yul products it does not contain fragrances or fillers that usually irritate sensitive skin types.
It is best applied to damp skin. With regular use, your skin will become brighter, more even toned, less red and clearer.
