There is always so much happening this time of year! It’s so important to make the time to take care of ourselves. That means moving our bodies and taking the time to truly breathe. Qigong is a wonderful ancient modality that covers this, and so much more to truly improve your quality of life. We have drop in classes every Sunday from 3-4 and a 8 week session coming soon on Thursday mornings, at 10 am. A small class, but some mighty energy brought 🥰 Thanks for practicing with me ladies. Next class at the Enchanter Chamber in Manotick is this coming Sunday, from 2-4. Would love to see anyone who is wanting to make positive changes to their well-being. Oh my goodness. What a lovely first Qigong class yesterday. Thanks so much to those who came to participate. Your presence was amazing, and very much appreciated.
