Addiction is a taboo word, but really we’re all addicted to many things especially in this day and age.

Addiction can manifest in many ways.

It is important to also learn the stages of withdrawal in order to understand your mood swings when trying to change a behavior.

As far as we know, you are addicted to your current lifestyle.

You can get addicted to feelings of sadness and pain as much as to sugar.

This is one of my favourite songs I've ever written and I got to perform it in my FIRST EVER gig in Atlanta.

The quality of the experience certainly overcomes the quality of this video and performance 😅 so I hope you can see through all of that like I do (I was kinda nervous not gonna lie).

Ivy is one of the songs that reminds me that telling a story can move anyone regardless if they experienced something similar or not. It's a song that invokes so much nostalgia in me and I don't even know who Frank was talking about. THAT is my goal as a songwriter in hopes that the collateral effect of my songs bring comfort, bliss, and wholeheartedness.
