There are many reasons I felt called to establish my online health technology business last year. Central to this though was the desire and knowing that I too needed to create a shift in how I was doing life and biz…

🪶Was the timing perfect for me?… Not really.
🪶Did I initially have some hesitations?…Yes.
But the soul whispers were there and I believe that enough for me to take a serious look. How glad I am I did.

I was looking for a shift toward the kind of opportunity that would build the level of freedom, flexibility and abundance that I desire for myself and my family for the next half of my life!

(To be honest, I wish I found the opportunity early on when I started my family but I also trust the timing).

Activating this level of freedom meant I wanted to be super smart and savvy about how I was earning in the future.

✨ It was the realisation that one of the smartest moves I could make with this vision in mind was further diversifying my income and building an income that was compounded and passive something that none of my businesses I ran/run no matter how thriving, could offer me in the same way this biz model can.

What I was looking for also had to have a high return without the hustle and could fit in with my family and soul work.

✨Most importantly though it was about finding an offering that was also was fully aligned to my values and my mission here to walk with people as we elevate our whole health and wellbeing in this life.

This business and all that it stands for was a clear answer to my desires and I am so proud to be part of it.

Meaningful moment shared with my Cabrogal and Dharug family …💛❤️🖤

It’s hard to believe that this time last year 15 of us were half way through our Harvard Business Course on Power and Influence for Positive Impact! It was intense but incredible and so meaningful to do it together and cheer each other on.

Our goal was to upskill ourselves so that we could be even more impactful as a family to ensure positive change for our culture, country and people. Our vision is big and I’m grateful for being part of a family that are a stand for this every day in so many diverse ways!

We received some good news this week!

Some of us have been meeting with various bodies to ensure that the new airport ✈️ in Sydney pays tribute to our traditional custodians, culture and country as it is being built on Cabrogal Country.

This week they confirmed they will be naming the Suburb and metro of the airport ‘Cabrogal’, the name of my people ✨

While it might sound small, it’s also somewhat big to be quite honest, for Cabrogal connection to country like everywhere across this continent for many First Nations people, gets railroaded and ignored on the daily.

Often as a Cabrogal Clan we are told by various powers that be that we don’t even exist at all 🙄

So what’s in a name!? Some clear acknowledgment this is far from the truth. Plus further opportunity to share more about our culture, people and country with the many who will move through this new airport ⚡️

So today and everyday Celebrating my mudyin (family) our ancestors and continued deep connection to culture and country as well as what’s possible when we stand together.

Grateful always for the elders in my community always guiding the way, especially my Aunty Julie 🫶🏽

For the most part I don’t resonate because it can suggest overriding a wisdom that is trying to be communicated within.
 
And so many of us are so good at that aren’t we? The push through, the override. 🫠
 
The deeply grooved by no fault of our own survival response of, “I will be ok or enough/successful/loved if… I just push past the fear and just do it!”
 
But a huge focus of mine is on nervous system healing and this is a piece I am working with in this lifetime.

Overriding what’s showing up as an alarm is undermining and ignoring our nervous system. That approach isn’t going to heal or rewire anything❣️
 
So yes, we feel the fear! But for me, it’s a case of going deeper, coming into relationship with it by seeking out its wisdom before taking action.

So then our choices or actions are coming from an integrated place of deep listening and alignment.

I share how I do this and how you can too, above 👆🏽 A key is listening in and finding out what the fear needs as means of support.

Sometimes our fears may also require some extra support from another. If that resonates, I offer 1:1 energetic clearing sessions rooted in kinesiology and energy psychology that can assist with this.
