Good Morning ☀️

This is the moment to honor the light, the sun and the beginning of a new day. Morning hours give us the opportunity to awaken our bodies and set our intentions.

Creating a morning practice for yourself is essential to start your day with energy and meaning.

Today I'll share with you my favorite morning practices and I encourage you to try them.

1. Watch the sunrise. A beautiful way to awaken your senses and sync with the cycles of the earth.

2. Meditate. Breath in and out, quite your mind and simply feel. Pay attention to your emotions.

3. Journal. Write down your thoughts, whatever it is that you need to express.

4. Go for a run. Working out in the morning is life! If you are a person who enjoys physical activity set this as your priority.

5. Stretch. Do a stretching routine to wake up your muscles or practice yoga.

6. Make yourself a healthy and nutritious breakfast to give you the energy boost you need through your day.

If your time in flexible in the morning, try combining some or all of the above. If your mornings tend to be busy, simply adjust yout practice to your own time and try to see what suits you best.

Simple Strawberry Smoothie 🍓

One of the best pleasures in spring is strawberries! Red, juicy and sweet.

Strawberries are rich in antioxidants and fiber. They're an excellent source of Vitamin C, manganese and also contain decent amounts of B9 and potassium.

Below is a 3-ingredient-strawberry smoothie recipe that's vegan, gluten-free and easy to prepare in just minutes.

For 2 servings you will need:

• 2 cups of fresh ripe strawberries
• 1 ripe banana
• 2/3 unsweetened plant milk of your choice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Ready to serve ❤️

Every being on our planet can only thrive in a balanced state. Excess or lack of something can cause disregulation and instability. Balance is the alchemy to the perfect harmony in body, mind and spirit.

Creating a balanced life means making time for the things you have to do, as well as the things you want to do. You have the power to create harmony between your responsibilities and finding time daily to do things that bring you pleasure, personal fulfillment, and rejuvenation.

Here's 7 simple ways to create balance:

1.Pay attention to your health

Your health really does affect the quality of your live and your work. Hydrate yourself, eat well, exercise well, sleep well.

2. Set Priorities

Focus on what matters. Say no to everything that is either not essential or doesn’t add something valuable to your life.

3. Plan Tasks

If you tend to be very spontaneous and live -in-the-moment- type of person, I feel you so much! One of my biggest challenges has been to keep up with schedules. Trust me , planning your daily, weekly or monthly tasks will help you stay accountable.

4. Take breaks at work

If you have a long working schedule, short breaks throughout your day is a key to maintain balance physically and mentally.

5. Think positively

Your thoughts can shape how you perceive each day or situation. Maintain a positive mindset to life and what comes across your path.

6.Pamper yourself

Self-care can do wonders! Take a long bubble bath, schedule a spa visit, go shopping for fun or eat at your favorite restaurant.

7. Have fun!

Do something fun everyday, don't just wait for the weekend. Do fun activities, play, dance, laugh, whatever makes you happy,. Simply enjoy life itself!

Home environment is important for our well-being. Light, colors, furniture, smell, temperature, everything matters.

I personally love to use incense and candles in my home rituals. Good quality incense sticks are antibacterial and at the same  time they purify the air.

Scents and aromas can also be used to trigger specific responses like deep relaxation, sleep, concentration, motivation and creativity.

You can use them while you relax, medidate, cook or do any kind of activities at home.

Banana Oatmeal Smoothie 🍌

One of my favorite smoothie recipes, so easy and simple yet so nutritious and tasty!! Literally perfect for your busy mornings.

You only need 3 ingredients:

• 1 ripe banana
• 1/2 cup of raw oats
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
(or any type of plant based milk of your choice)

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

GRATITUDE brings us back to the beauty of the present moment, reminding us all the the blessings in our life. The deeper our gratitude, the more we see with the eyes of the soul and the more our life flows in HARMONY with the creative power of the universe.

There are countless things we can all be grateful for some of which we often take as granted. For simply existing, for being alive, for health, for love, for music, for sport, for our families, for our pets, for our homes, for water and food, for work, for travel, for the magical planet we are living in with all its extraordinary biodiversity. Life and Beauty is everywhere around you, you just need to look closely.🌿

In the tropics I learnt so much about bio-diversity. I experienced life and the magic of nature in a different level. The variety of life on Earth is remarkable and yet little we're informed about the important role it plays in our health and well-being.

Understanding and protecting the wild is key to a healthier evolution of every species including ours.

Every little daily action matters. What you consume, what products or brands you support has an immense impact on the environment. I'm sure you've heard that many times before but how conscious are you about it really? How much do you care? How do you try to protect mother earth?

We can all become better in this 💚
