So excited about these workshops for next year learning about Essential oils.
(Don't worry, this is not one of those ones where you have to sign up and buy a certain brand.)
We'll learn about the properties and safe handling of the oils, make natural items for personal and home care and have fun all at the same time.
Items such as headache oils, beard balm, soaps, skin care, pet care and items for the kids like "unicorn bath fizzers". Some workshops are scheduled in the school holidays so kids can attend (with an adult) to make these themselves. See you there.😀

With increasing research being done into Reiki here is an example from an American Oncology Centre. 🙂

What happens when Reiki Treatmentsoffered inside a major university cancer center?
The University of Pennsylvania studied this through their Integrative Oncology Program — and the results were striking.

After a single Reiki session, patients reported:

✨ Less anxiety
✨ Less fatigue
✨ Less pain
✨ More peace and calm

More than 80% said they found it helpful, had a positive experience, and would recommend it to others.

The struggle is real!...WHY SO MANY TYPES??????
it can be overwhelming when you're thinking about taking a look at Reiki.
Google it and you're mind will be blown.

Usui, Angel, Purple Flame, Crystal, Violet Flame, Reiki Massage. I even even found a site that said that Reiki can fix your toaster. 🤨

Reiki is a type of energy therapy. Energy therapy has been around for many centuries. Reiki is fairly new in comparison and originated in Japan under Mikao Usui.

From there it has evolved, as many have added their own flair and introduced different ideas.
To the newbie this becomes confusing and often conflicting, thereby leading to many abandoning Reiki.
If you're still drawn to investigate Reiki, Absolute Reiki concentrates training on the basics of the Mikao Usui system of Reiki, to set a solid foundation in what Reiki is and what it is not.
