In our members online studio this month, we're exploring the theme of BALANCE with 30 days of movement, meditation, breathwork, and simple life practices based in Ayurveda.
As we leave behind the cold, dry, quiet, contemplative season of winter, and invite in the warm, wet, busy, and connected season of spring, we have an opportunity to begin again.
The season of spring is a time of renewal.
It’s a chance to start fresh.
To build something new.
And to explore possibility by sowing new seeds and watching as they break ground, flourish, and grow.
In many ways, as we enter into this particular spring, we are truly beginning again. As Be the Love officially embarks on our digital-only studio, we've added some fancy features and a new way to experience the richness and depth that yoga and Ayurveda offer.
We're looking beyond the mat, offering a wider range of practices that you can integrate into your life.
Truly, it is our answer to meeting the need that so many of us have when we begin yoga: to let it land in our lives, help to calm and nourish us, to finally tackle the stress, and find a more balanced, peaceful, and easy way of being.
