This journey has changed my life in so many ways. ❤️

The girl on the left was 300 lbs, severely depressed, in a lot of pain, BROKE & BROKEN.

💕💕💕 I wanted to post this update of my amazing journey. I'm truly loving how I feel physically and mentally. Don't get me wrong there's times when I fall off the wagon and have cake and ice cream because I crave it. but I continue taking my pills and drinking my water and eating healthy well at least I think I mean healthy I'm not doing no serious diet I'm working out. Im just staying TRU to myself and not backing down from my journey.💕💕💕
