Examination:
* Clean incised wound over the palmar surface of the left wrist
* Complete transection of palmaris longus tendon
* No major neurovascular injury
* Other systems within normal limits

Procedure (under LA):
* Wound cleaned, explored & debrided
* Kessler’s tendon repair done for palmaris longus
* Cosmetic skin closure with fine non-absorbable sutures
* Sterile dressing applied
