I am extremely Grateful To be Guiding my friend my brother through his Health Journey. Seeing how much progress not only his Body has gone through but his Spirit and Mind as well brings happiness into my life, and tells me that I have chosen the right path.
100 days ago while seating at the beach asked me to help him be able to eat again, his body didn’t want to Digest food anymore and eating had become a torture not knowing how he would feel after eating his meals, weather he was going to vomit or be in pain.

I did what I know worked for me, I suggested a Detox cleanse followed by a Plantbase eating lifestyle, and boy did he listened. Look at what 100 days can do for you when you decide to take control of what you put into your boy. It required Disciple and courage, but it is soooo worth it.
Today he chooses more Alkaline meals, has a more active lifestyle has kicked harming toxic lifestyle to the curve, and he feels happier then ever.
Receiving his messages telling me how grateful he is that I have helped him heal himself brings tears to my eyes and joy to my heart.
