This is the second week in a row! 🏆
I know most of you assume this is normal for me, but I can assure you that it is not (nope!). This is the power of a workout you enjoy 🏋🏻‍♀️ and an awesome, supportive accountability group 👯‍♀️.
And I feel GREAT!! 💪🏻 It is my “me time” away from all the craziness. 🤯

These are two images that have given me hope over the last week. Both are admittedly symbolic and still require that people take action in order to make long-term changes to policies and systems with imbedded racism, but still powerful images in their own rights.
The first is from my coastal city where several organizations (Textured Waves, Changing Tides Foundation, and Kindhumans) came together with the surfing community and used their boards to create this visual and then did a paddle out to peacefully protest racial injustice. 🏄
The second is one of the streets near the White House in Washington DC.
Please continue to take action in support of the Black Lives Matter movement. Together we can bring about real change. We have to. @ Encinitas, California
