Helen Louise Peterson, 73, of Weaverville, NC, (formerly of Yawkey, WV) decided to make her conversations with God more in person as she departed this world on Sunday, March 4, 2018. Helen was born on July 20, 1944 in Ernest, PA, the daughter of the late Joseph & Mary Ann Mikeska Gallo.

To the friends and family of the Healing House it is with great sadness that I️ let you know that this morning, my dearest friend and one of the greatest loves of my life, my momma, chose to have her chats with God in person😞❤️. My greatest comfort is that she got to hear how loved she is over and over again by me and my family. It has been a gift. Go tell those you love how much they mean to you and cherish your time with them.❤️❤️. I️ am honored to be the daughter of Helen Louise Peterson....i️ love you mom.

A lot of people ask me which oils I use for meditation, so I thought I'd share my top five. For the single oils, Frankincense is my all-time favorite. I use it for everything from meditaion to a moisturizer! Cedarwood has a really earthy scent which helps to ground me, and Northern Lights Black Spruce helps me feel intuitively expansive.

For the blended oils, I love Believe. It contains Idaho Blue Spruce, which has the highest frequency of 580 MHz! This helps me connect with Spirit almost instantly! Same holds true for Sacred Mountain, which has an overall frequency of 176 MHz. There are many other YL oils that I could recommend, but these are my current favorites. 😍
