A huge end of year shout out to and ! From teacher training at 34 weeks pregnant and then testing out at 38 weeks, to navigating the postpartum experience of a first time mom; these women have offered me endless support and love from day one and I continue to be shocked by their kindness.
This year has been filled to the brim with so much good, so much newness and learning. But for someone who is used to giving a lot of themselves to their teaching, having to adjust my personal expectations and learn to let go, has been a process. This could be a very long post, unpacking all the layers! Teaching for passion instead of for my career and day job, is something I have struggled with for years, but walking away from that lifestyle to create stability for my family and for my own mental health was needed and is something I am deeply grateful to have done this year. I'm lucky to have landed at an awesome company with the perfect team to spend 40 hours a week with! I believe in the good things coming and so should you. 🔮💫🤩
