Today was an amazing day.

Sometimes I feel like I need to pinch myself to be sure I’m not dreaming.

Having the ability to share yoni steaming with women sets my soul on fire.

Today’s Pampered P***y Party was hosted for a group of moms who had babes and small children in tow.

I know some might think “that’s an inappropriate space for children”. But I disagree. Wholeheartedly.

Normalizing self-health practices and letting our children witness us learning, growing and caring for ourselves is such a beautiful gift to give them. Having them witness us come together as women to empower ourselves and support our sisters is a beautiful gift to give them. ❤️

Here’s to us sharing these practices with our sons and daughters. May the ancient knowledge that our ancestors were once forbidden to share continue to spread like wildfire through the generations.

In 2018, I completed the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Facilitator training with the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute.

I was desperate to find a way to make peace with my cycle and find a natural way to alleviate symptoms I had been dealing with my entire adult life. "Yoni Steaming" was recommended to me by a woman who had spent her life serving women as a midwife. After completing my training, I spent the next year just focusing on my own experience with peristeam hydrotherapy and it seriously changed my life.

Since then I've started to share my knowledge with other women. I am available to offer private in-home sessions, virtual consultations, custom herbal blends, workshops, and peristeam pamper parties for you and your girlfriends.
