🍎 Does Apple Cider Vinegar Really Help With Bloating? Here's What the Latest Research Says…

If you've ever Googled "does ACV help with bloating" and landed on a blog that dismissed it with "there's not enough evidence" — this is for you.

As a registered dietitian with 25 years of clinical experience, I took a real deep dive into the research — and what I found was genuinely surprising.

🔬 Here's what 2024–2025 studies now confirm:

• A meta-analysis of 7 controlled trials found ACV significantly reduced fasting blood sugar by an average of 21.9 mg/dL and HbA1c by 1.53 points in people with type 2 diabetes — meaningful numbers.

I wish I had gotten certified in LEAP food sensitivity testing decades ago.
I say that as someone who has been a dietitian for 26 years. Someone who thought she knew everything she needed to know about food and healing.
I didn't.

Not the person whose hair was falling out in clumps.
