Last week we had our first workshop of 2026 and our first ever college workshop🎉

We had the privilege of delivering a wellbeing session inspired by our T.H.R.I.V.E workshop to an incredible group of childcare students from all different walks of life. Together, we explored how everyday life can bring stress, the different ways we respond to it (both helpful and not so helpful), and how we can learn to manage it in healthier, more positive ways.

A big focus for us was recognising that how we feel on the inside often shows up on the outside and that taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish, it’s essential. When we look after our own wellbeing, we’re better equipped to care for others too.

Every student showed up, spoke openly, engaged fully, and left feeling lighter, empowered, and more able to manage their stress🤍

So proud of this moment - the first of many🎉
