Then comes the guilt.
The bad sleep.
Waking up at 3am with your mind already racing.
Starting the whole day wired and depleted before it’s even begun.
And somewhere underneath all of it is this horrible feeling that you should be coping better than this.
You’re not broken.
But you are stuck in a cycle that isn’t going to fix itself.
The numbing isn’t the problem — it’s the only solution you’ve found to something that hasn’t been properly addressed yet.
That’s the gap I fix.
I go directly to where the anxiety was created — not the surface symptoms, not the coping, not the management strategies you’ve already tried and forgotten under pressure.
