Yoga is one after school activity that we can easily keep on practicing way into our adult years. Unlike Karate or Baseball, there is a much better chance of a kid growing into a consistent yogi than turn into an olympic medalist or professional player.

I truly believe that all activities that inspire kids to move, socialize and be happy are valid 👈🏽 I’m just reminding parents that yoga is not a luxury fad, it is a legitimate opportunity for kids to develop body awareness and mindfulness in a non-competitive environment
