Day 21: Finale of April - From Pharmacy Shadow to Clinic Identity

Qhuraiz Sofia, ketua pramugari yang sangat dikenali, paling ayu tapi takut demam sebelum long-haul flight.

Captain Adam Romes, juruterbang legenda, katanya boleh landing reverse, tapi tak berani lawan influenza tanpa vaksin.

Dan Datin Melur Putih, COO kepada salah satu prestige brand paling berpengaruh di Malaysia. tenang, elegan, dan sentiasa 3 langkah ke depan.

Misi mereka malam itu mudah:
sebelum terbang perjalanan panjang, Datin Melur membawa Qhuraiz dan Captain Adam ke Alpro Clinic untuk influenza vaccination package, dan ubat-ubatan untuk travel protection. Because Captain Adam and Qhuraiz will be gone, long...sooo long and far. Might not come back.

But still for their immune system they know where to go.
From pharmacy shadow, to clinic identity. From “singgah beli ubat”, to “plan your health journey”.

Day 20 sinetron be like: sebelum klinik buka 9 pagi, masing-masing dah start dengan agenda besar 🤣

Dr Khamizi tengah cuba menang point, katanya dia paling sporting sebab ada Master of Science in Exercise and Health.
Dr Syafiqah p**a tak nak kalah, katanya dia paling “occupational” sebab memang ada Occupational Health background. Tapi tu la, CA Sara kata Dr Khamizi seorang, mana boleh lawan suara perempuan. sori la bang.

CA Sara pun selaku selaku supervisor klinik, sambung briefing, banyak katanya appointment hari ni. CA Eazatee dengan CA Farah p**a layan breakfast dulu, sambil kira-kira apa menu lunch nanti 😂.

Macam mana pun, gelak ada, breakfast ada, morning sharing ada. Tapi bila pintu klinik buka, semua memang on mode.
Prepared, sincere, and ready to care.

Day 16 sinetron be like:
Kak Qhu tengah ajar 7 Touch Points elok-elok, tapi entah kenapa geng clinic assistants Alpro Clinic Garden Homes semua muka macam tengah fikir:
“Lunch nak makan apa ya lepas ni?” CA Zainur nak makan roti nan, CA Fad nak makan nasi goreng, CA Renuga nak makan hati katanya. emm.

Padahal 7 Touch Points ni bukan main-main geng. Inilah antara asas paling penting untuk patient experience di Alpro Clinic, how we welcome, how we care, how we make patients feel safe, seen, and remembered.

Itulah jasa besar Kak Qhu.
Bukan setakat ajar kerja, tapi pupuk cara kita jaga orang.

We love our patients.

Aiman and Sofea's baby may still be small, but apparently their loyalty to Alpro already very strong 🤭💚

Before they can even name all 19 clinics properly, they already know one thing: when it comes to family care, Alpro is home. Nampak, semangat tak? 🤣🤣

From mummy’s needs, daddy’s health, baby’s milestones, sampai barang-barang essentials for mother & baby, somehow the little ones also approve.

Because at Alpro, we care for the whole family, from bump to baby, and beyond.

Day 14 - post-course dinner episode 🍽️

Lepas habis course BLS & ACLS, Dr Cheng Duo Ying duduk semeja with our boys, Dr Izwan and Dr Jonathan from Alpro Clinic Taman Tas, and Dr Eric from Alpro Clinic Centrio.

Dr Cheng remind again, ilmu macam ni memang penting.
Sebab primary care clinic is the real frontliner in community health sebab kita yang jumpa patient awal, kita yang kena ready, calm, and know what to do when emergency happens.

Tapi biasalah… bila Dr Cheng cakap pasal resuscitation, terus Dr Izwan, Dr Jonathan, and Dr Eric masuk mode drama:
“Doctor, heart kami ni selalu perlukan resuscitation jugak… sebab selalu rindu family and loved ones.” 😮‍💨🤣
Adoi. Bukan CPR yang depa mintak, tapi kasih sayang rupanya.

Still, jokes aside, this is the kind of team we want.
Keep learning, keep sharpening skills, and keep showing up stronger for the community.

Hari ni CA Saiful dari Alpro Clinic F&N Shah Alam datang bantu Alpro Clinic Setia Alam, stock take, transfer ubat, hantar flyers, semua settle.

Tapi biasalah… lelaki kalau nampak prop cantik sikit terus idea lain datang 🤣 . Nampak je big wording terus cakap:
“Eh jom ambik gambar, ni content socmed aku dah ready ni.”

So terus lah geng Setia Alam join melayan bujang kacak sorang kt Alpro ni kan. CA Watie, CA Yana, CA Anita, CA Aira, dan CA Yaya terus posing manis-manis with our helpful visitor, CA Saiful 😎

Kerja jalan, stock jalan, content pun jalan. Macam ni baru betul teamwork clinic 😆

Behind every smooth clinic day, ada team yang memang buat kerja… and sempat juga ambik gambar cantik 😌

Hari ni Mak Salmah bawa Makcik Normah ke Alpro Clinic Lukut.

Biasalah… tengah rewang kenduri raya, sempat lagi bergosip sambil potong bawang.
Sekali… aduhh, jari kena pisau p**a.
Mak Salmah pun bukan main lagi menyakat,
“Kan dah kata, mulut laju sangat sampai tangan pun tak fokus!” 😂

Nasib baik terus datang clinic. Dr Santhini steady je, cuci luka elok-elok, check betul-betul, then jahit sikit bahagian yang terkoyak tu dengan tenang dan kemas.

Alpro Clinic bukan setakat untuk demam dan batuk sahaja,
tapi juga boleh bantu untuk wound care & minor procedures.

So kalau luka kecil, kena pisau, dressing, atau prosedur ringan,
jangan panik, jangan simply balut sendiri kat rumah. Datang je, kita tengokkan properly.

Esok sinetron sambung lagi. Jom sambung gosip. eh
