๐งก๐One question Iโm often asked is:
โ๐๐ผ๐ ๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ?โ
And the honest answer isโฆ every individual journey is different
Some people enjoy regular sessions as part of their ongoing wellbeing and maintenance.
Others reach a point where life begins opening back up again and I donโt see them for weeks or months at a time because theyโre simply out there living more comfortably again. Some even never need to come back as they are so active again and regained control of their own pain management.
Thatโs actually one of my favourite things to witnessโฆ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐.โบ๏ธ
People walking the dog again without needing the scooter.
Returning to work after being off sick.
Driving long HGV journeys more comfortably.
Getting back into the gym.
Feeling more in control of their movement, routine or healthy eating lifestyle again.
For some, sessions become supportive while waiting for long-awaited operations, helping them feel more comfortable and capable in the meantime.
For others, TheraPlate becomes part of a gentle recovery journey afterwards, supporting confidence, circulation, movement, and a gradual return back into daily life.
We can never promise or claim to โcureโ anything - and nor should we.
But sometimes, with gentle consistency and the right supportive environment, people begin reconnecting with parts of themselves they felt theyโd lost for a while.
For some, TheraPlate becomes part of that journey.
A catalyst.
A stepping stone.
A moment to reset and move forward from.
And honestlyโฆ seeing people regain confidence in themselves again is one of the loveliest parts of what Iโm lucky enough to be able to provide to my community๐งก๐
