I’ve finally done it....

Put them together...

We have a YouTube Channel.....!

It’s called Inside CST.

Over time there will be three playlists - one for folk interested in getting CST, one for anyone interested in training to become a CST practitioner and one for those in or through the training with things relevant to ongoing practice.

But for now there’s just a smattering of short videos Joe Gore and I did last summer...

A few more to come over the next 48 hours with some others....

And I’m open to suggestions as to what you think would be useful (eg I’ve already had one request for something aimed at clients that explains the parts of the body we work with that we call the craniosacral system....)

Anyway, here’s one of the first ones!

Had a meeting with a member of the CSTA (CranioSacral Therapy Association - the other one!) board this week! It was so nice to say hello and network a bit. Whenever I meet them we always mean to be more in touch but then life gets in the way.

Not surprisingly they are very much doing what we are doing - trying to support their members as much as they can, have guidance. policies and connections available, get some research out there and spread the word about CST into the wider world.

We are going to chat again and swap a session to find out a bit more about how our different approaches feel and differ - or not!
