Tonight we are piloting our Sensory Room Rental Package! We are thrilled to be able to bring the Sensory Tent inside for an amazing event tonight at the Rowlett City Library.

I just wanted to share a quick update: some very exciting changes are coming to Sensory Tent Pals!

While we can’t share full details just yet, we’re incredibly grateful to the City of Rowlett, the City Council, and every single one of you who has supported us along the way.

Big things are ahead, and we cannot wait to keep growing and serving our amazing community. Stay tuned and thank you for believing in us!

‼️ URGENT: We Need Your Help ‼️

Yesterday was a tough reminder of why a fully enclosed trailer is no longer just a goal; it’s a necessity.

While setting up for our event, the skies opened up and poured rain multiple times. Our equipment got soaked, and we were forced to stay closed for a lot of the event. When we were finally able to open, it was only on a limited basis. We helped a few Pals, but we should’ve been able to help so many more.

This is exactly what we’re trying to prevent.

A trailer would give us a weatherproof, accessible, climate-controlled space, ready to serve families no matter the forecast, no matter the event

This has now become our #1 priority. We’re calling on our community to help us raise the funds to make it happen.

Hello! While Fireworks on Main 2025 is still a go, we are shut down due to the rain!

We are terribly sorry to our Pals who were counting on us to be open and available. Unfortunately everything is wet and unusable 😭

We’re keeping a close eye on the weather and will make any necessary adjustments with safety in mind.

Our setup is outdoors, and while we always hope for perfect weather, we do have a safety-first policy in place in case of thunderstorm conditions.

With the ever changing weather, we wanted to let everyone know, we are keeping an eye on it for tomorrow’s event.

Currently there is rain predicted in the forecast for the morning, so this may delay set up. But as of now, we will still be at Fireworks on Main!

We need to raise $75 to rent a trailer that will transport our entire sensory setup to a the Rowlett Fireworks on Main this Friday where dozens of children with sensory sensitivities are counting on us.
