I find this Paul Reubens Pee-wee Herman dying thing very strange.

I have seen him more in the past few days and I have in my entire 57 years on this planet.

I was never a fan of that guy, just thought it was way too weird.

After seeing how much he touched so many of your lives I wonder if I completely misjudge this and lost this chapter of my life.

God bless him and God bless you all.

Have a great day!

I love you all Facebook family.

What is a Foot Detox?
People often think about detoxing including a juice cleanse or other detox with food, but there are also detoxes of the body. One popular type of detox is called a foot detox. Here are some things to know about this type of detox.

Choose a Method For the Foot Detox
Generally, you will want to use a special foot bath for your foot detox. However, if you can’t get your hands on one, you can fill up your tub, sit on the edge (carefully), and put just your feet it. A better option would be to get some type of container large enough to fill up and rest your feet in comfortable. You don’t want to be constricted, or it isn’t going to be a relaxing or beneficial experience for you. There are a lot of simple plastic foot tubs, or special ones with bubbles and jets.

Sea Salt is Very Cleansing
You will find that many foot soaks, particularly with foot detox, will use some type of salt. Sea salt is often chosen, though some recipes ask for rock salt. Sea salt can be cleansing to the feet and the skin, which makes it a perfect addition to a detox bath. If you are using sea salt, you can also add in some baking soda to the water. Use about an equal amount of each, typically about ½ cup to a cup of each added to a foot bath with warm water.

Try Bentonite Clay
An ingredient that is actually great for natural health and detoxing, but is not as well known as others, is bentonite clay. This is perfect for your skin and body, getting rid of all those toxins and helping to deliver a powerful mineral to your body. You can try doing a relaxing and rejuvenating foot detox soak by using bentonite clay. However, it is extremely important that you know where the claycomes from, since the less quality bentonite clay may have some lead in it. Make sure you do your research and get it from a natural, reputable source.

To go the simple method, you could always do a simple foot soak detox with nothing more than warm water and some Epsom salt. This is easy to find just about anywhere, and it is very cleansing so it works great for a foot detox. It also happens to be used in regular detox baths for the entire body.

Add These Nutrients to Your Balanced Diet

Food is fuel for your body. This is the most important idea to remember when it comes to nutrition. It is also the healthiest way to think about food. If you look at how food is treated in popular culture, you might think about food as a reward, an obsession or a temptation. Fundamentally, food is the fuel your body uses to think, work and play. In order for your body to function at its best, there are some basic nutrients that are part of a balanced diet.

Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates have been looked at with suspicion for the past few years with the advent of low-carb diets. Yet carbs are the basic source of energy for everyone. When
you eat carbohydrates, your body breaks them down into glucose and fructose for immediate energy needs. Unused glucose is then converted into glycogen for short-term storage. Beyond those needs, unused carbs will be turned into fat for long-term energy storage. To maintain a healthy body weight, you want enough carbohydrates to fuel your daily activity, but not so much that you are storing excess fat.

Proteins
Proteins are made up of amino acids. They are the building blocks of your muscles, organs and every other cell in your body. Having enough protein is especially important after a workout for muscle repair and recovery. Your body can only get the necessary amino acids for health from food. The nine essential amino acids can be found in animal protein sources. For vegetarians, it can be a little more challenging. Often vegetarian foods need to eaten in combination to fulfil protein needs. For example, a plate of rice and beans is considered a complete protein, with all nine essential amino acids.

Fats
Fats are another nutrient that has received a bad reputation in recent years, yet the body requires fat for proper functioning. Fats play an important role in long-term energy storage. They also offer insulation and protection for vital organs. The goal for a balanced diet should not be the elimination of fats but consuming the right fats. You want to eat polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats such as those found in fish, nuts, olive oil and peanut butter. You want to limit the amount from saturated fats such those ound in dairy products and red meats. You should stay from trans fatty foods such as many baked goods, fried fast foods and vegetable shortening.

Vitamins and Minerals
Vitamins and minerals are substances in foods that the body uses as part of many important processes like cell repair and energy conversion. Although you can find many bottles of vitamin supplements in the store, your body is designed to get vitamins from the foods you eat. When you walk in the produce section, notice the vast array of natural color. The more colorful your diet, the more vitamins you are getting. Eat your greens, but be sure to get your reds, yellows and a few purples as well.

You can get all the nutrients you need from a healthy, balanced diet. Focus on minimally processed foods with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables. The food you eat
is a delicious fuel.

Snacks You Can Use For a Food Detox

If you intend to detox your body by changing your diet, you might find that choosing the right snacks is a bit of a struggle. This is the area where many people get confused about healthy foods to eat, because you are used to cookies, crackers, and chips. Here are some super healthy snacks that are perfect for a food detox.

Fruits
Naturally, fresh produce is typically at the top of the list when deciding what snacks would be appropriate for a healthy food detox. Fruit allows you to have a lot of nutrients, great selection of superfoods, and to get some of those sugars you might be missing while on the detox. It is also really easy to have fruit, whether you grab an apple, have a smoothie with bananas, or throw berries into homemade fruit juice. Some good fruits to have naturally are the superfoods, including apples, blueberries, strawberries, and cherries.
And of course Veggies, Nuts and Seeds.
- But more on the others later.
