Know about sesaminol? We save food waste from sesame oil production from going to waste. The 'waste' product is super nutritious and we add it to our naanu as a base ingredient. 🍪🌱

Let's move towards upcycling food!

In an effort to make our process even more sustainable, we are testing a new recipe for our cookies.

We want to keep the delicious taste but use a sesame seed flour made from waste oil production. The nutrients we need are in the outer part of the seed, the part that remains after processing for oil.

Once we have found a recipe that tastes good, we will test the nutritional values of the new cookie in the laboratory.
