Huge shoutout to Shavonne 🔥🔥
Not a newbie to the gym or nutrition but there were flaws in what she’d tried previously that she wanted help fixing
She’d tried tracking macros, a 1600cal meal plan & high intensity training 5-6 times a week
But like a lot of ppl, found the process unsustainable & it didn’t align with the social life she wanted integrated into her lifestyle
Put simply, she wanted to tone up, feel amazing but still have flexibility to enjoy life
So we took a two phase approach, Phase 1 was burning off the unwanted body fat — She’s shed 7kg body fat ✅
Phase 2 was building up her strength/muscle for that strong/confident look WHILE teaching her what genuine food flexibility looks like and how to navigate holidays, nights out aka her social life, WITHOUT it derailing her progress 🔥
It’s been an awesome journey to play a role in so far and pumped to see what she achieves next
