Fall Mountain Pharmacy is saddened to hear about the closing of Springfield Pharmacy, and we understand how difficult and stressful sudden changes like this can be for patients and families. Managing medications and transferring prescriptions can feel overwhelming, but please know that our team is here to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We are more than happy to assist anyone affected by the closure, including helping with prescription transfers, medication coordination, bubble packing services, and delivery options.

Patients can call us Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and our staff will gladly walk you through the transfer process and answer any questions you may have.

Tomorrow, Saturday 4/18 we will be closed due to unexpected travel delays affecting our pharmacists return. We will reopen on 4/20 (monday) at 8:30am for regular hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope everyone has a great weekend🙂

We are excited to share that progress continues at Canal Street Pharmacy, which will be located at 447 Canal Street in Brattleboro.

It has been incredibly rewarding to begin connecting with members of the Brattleboro community, and we look forward to opening a locally owned, independent pharmacy focused on providing personal, reliable care.

While we complete the renovation, Fall Mountain Pharmacy is already serving Brattleboro patients. We are happy to transfer prescriptions and provide delivery, so you can experience our service now without waiting for the new location to open.

Hello Brattleboro! Exciting news about Canal Street Pharmacy. Our preliminary inspection by the Board of Pharmacy is on January 20th and once we receive the initial license we can then move on and get other licensing and start contracting with insurance companies. It also means we can fill prescriptions for patients who eventually want to fill at Canal Street Pharmacy at Fall Mountain on an interim basis. The orders would then be delivered to Canal Street for convenient pickup with a turn around time of 48 hours. We look forward to working with the community and hope there is a lot of excitement regarding our new store.
