It's beginning soon. Ecstatic Dance Festival in Cyprus.
I am excited to be teaching two classes in the beautiful surroundings at Val's Place.
My contribution to this special event will be a creative vinyasa flow class with focus on connecting the participants with their inner beat, connecting with their bodies and enjoying some explorative movement. My process is inspired by, but not limited to, the yoga practice. So freedom in the movements is a big aspect of inspiration as well.
In addition I will be teaching a Stretch & Relax session. A space to soften the body, mind and breath and possibly finding some deeper spaces within the connective tissue.
