Pivotal for their brains, nervous systems & hormones (their little bodies are growing FAST). In fact, babies need a much higher percentage of fat in their diet than adults do... there’s a reason breast milk is so gorgeously fatty ✨
🤤 So my top healthy fats are:
• grass-fed, good quality butter (or ghee)
• extra virgin olive oil
• full fat cream & yoghurt
• avocado
• oily fish (salmon, sardines)
• bone marrow
• cheese
It’s a shame what I prep for the kids, I also eat 🫣 hello high calorie porridge that tastes simply divine 🤭🤌🏻
