Brian got in incredible shape, but honestly, that’s not the part I respect most.

Since leaving the military, he had been missing something a lot of men never talk about. Brotherhood. Community. Being around people who push you and actually want to see you win.

Over time, he rebuilt that while also becoming a stronger husband, a more present father, and a man leading his family with more confidence and discipline.

That’s the goal.

Not just getting lean for a photo.
Building a life you’re proud to lead.

Huge shoutout to Parker! 🎉

Parker has always been dedicated, but he struggled to put all the pieces together. That is, until now. For the first time ever, Parker is under 10% body fat! 💪🔥

But this transformation is about way more than just body fat. Parker has implemented simple systems to organize his life and business, finally prioritizing the things that truly matter. 📈

The biggest win? Parker has gained the self-control to connect with his daughter on a deeper, emotional level. ❤️ His journey isn’t just about physical fitness—it’s about building the right mindset, habits, and systems to succeed in all areas of life.

Parker, your commitment and hard work are inspiring. Keep crushing it! 🚀

Most men over 35 are trying to function on caffeine, stress, and five hours of sleep. Then they wonder why they feel exhausted all the time.

Here are the five supplements I think give the biggest return for most dads.

Alpha GPC for focus and mental clarity. Most expensive nootropic blends are basically built around this ingredient anyway.

Magnesium because a huge number of men are deficient. Better sleep, less stress, fewer middle of the night cramps.

Vitamin D3 because most people spend their lives indoors and barely get enough sunlight anymore.

Omega 3s for inflammation, recovery, heart health, and joints that feel older than they should.

And ashwagandha if your entire life is powered by cortisol and caffeine. There’s decent research showing it may help with stress management and recovery.

None of this replaces training, nutrition, sleep, or discipline.

But if you handle the basics first, these can help fill in some gaps that a lot of men are walking around with every day.

Busy realtor.
Busy life.
Zero margin.

Spud rebuilt his body and found a six pack for the first time in his life.
That discipline spilled into everything else.

His relationships improved.
His business sharpened.
He launched a startup.

Same man.
Different standards.

Fifty plus hour weeks.
Busy dad.
Classic dad bod trajectory.

Taylor finally drew a line.
No more drifting.

With the right systems and a clear blueprint, progress became simple.
Not easy, but simple.

The dad bod faded because the structure stayed.

Comment “meal card” for the recipe.

I bet my wife I could make a macro friendly pizza before she got back from Little Caesars.

Turns out, this thing came out better than expected.

The crust is just flour, cottage cheese, and seasoning. Then I loaded it up with pizza sauce, low fat cheese, and turkey pepperoni before throwing it back in the oven for a few more minutes.

The entire pizza comes out to under 800 calories with over 78 grams of protein.

That’s the biggest thing most men miss about nutrition. You do not need to cut out foods you enjoy. You just need better ingredients and a repeatable system you can stick to.

Most diets fail because they make life miserable.
This is pizza you can eat on a random Tuesday and still stay on track.

DM Forge to get going.

70 lbs gone during the most stressful season of his life.
Skyler was stuck in middle management, trying to decide whether to fight for a promotion, find a new job, or build something of his own. He chose the hardest option and launched a business in the middle of our program.
And still lost 70 lbs.

Most programs break the second life gets busy. They are built for a perfect schedule: two-a-days, meal prep Sundays, and zero surprises. That sounds great until work is heavy, family needs you, and your weekend disappears.
The Father Forge is built differently. After 26 years in the Army and multiple combat deployments, I learned how to build systems that hold under pressure. Not rigid plans. Repeatable structure that bends around real life.

Skyler did not just lose weight. He built a business and got his health back at the same time because the system adapted to him, not the other way around.

Click the link or DM Forge. Let’s build a plan that fits.

Three pounds of 93 percent lean beef, two cups of rice, cheese, and vegetables. That's the whole game.
This Cheesy Beef Rice Power Bowl is about as simple as meal prep gets and it delivers 45 grams of protein per serving at around 550 calories. If you want it lighter, drop the rice slightly. If you want it heavier, add more beef. It adjusts to wherever you are in your cut.
Eight servings from one skillet. No complicated technique. No excuse not to eat well this week.

Over the last year, I made a pretty major shift in the kind of content I create. There’s less “how to do a bicep curl” content and a lot more leadership, nutrition, and mindset.

That shift happened for a reason.

First, there are already people who have mastered pure fitness education at a level I probably never will. Guys like Jay Cutler have forgotten more about bodybuilding than most people will ever know. The world does not need another average fitness creator repeating the same workout tips.

Second, I realized nutrition was the thing that actually changed my life. I trained for years, but I never fully put it together until I learned how to eat in a sustainable way. Most men do not need a complete overhaul. They need a few consistent adjustments they can actually maintain.

And finally, mindset is what keeps everything moving. Fitness disconnected from your marriage, your business, your leadership, and your family usually falls apart eventually.

Getting in shape matters.

But most men need more than workouts. They need structure, accountability, better habits, and people around them who help them grow across every area of life.

One thing my wife and I figured out early is that you do not need identical beliefs to have a strong marriage.

I’ve gone through seasons where I questioned religion, questioned faith, and honestly did not know where I stood. My wife has always been much more grounded and committed in her beliefs.

That difference could have become a constant source of conflict. Instead, it pushed us to communicate better and respect each other more deeply.

The key is simple.

You do not have to agree on everything, but you do have to support each other’s right to believe differently.

The moment love becomes conditional on someone believing exactly what you believe, the relationship starts moving into dangerous territory.

Strong marriages are not built on perfect agreement.
They are built on respect, support, and the ability to grow together even when you see the world differently.
