If you treat your body with care it will treat you to a strong immune system, stamina, strength & lifetime durability. Your body is just like a car, if you put the wrong gas or don't put oil in it well your car will breakdown. Your body is the same, if you feed it the wrong food like sugary junk food it will start to breakdown & make you more susceptible to illness & won't perform well.
