A Wellness Coach with a passion for guiding individuals to a state of inner ease & joy. A gypsy at heart, I live in New Jersey.

To explore a more empowered version of yourselves - calm mind, fulfilling work, healthy relationships, creative & authentic self, and a healthy body. As an enthusiastic mind-body explorer and educator, I believe both the body and mind have synergetic roles in the healing process. Over the last decade, I have delved into a range of mind-body healing modalities, including Mindfulness Practice, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, Jungian Psychology, Creative Arts Therapy, Inner Child Work, and various bodywork therapies such as Yoga, Movement Therapy (including Feldenkrais and the Alexander Technique), and Breath-work. I take joy in painting, talking to plants and squirrels, slipping into daydreams and walking barefoot in the garden. Lately, I’ve taken to cooking, disguised as a witch, my spices and ingredients become potions in the cauldron casting olfactory spells in the kitchen.
