The universe sent me the most incredible best friend ❤️

I wish for you all to have friendships as fun and loving as the one I’ve been blessed with.

I hosted my first European retreat this week and from the moment Dana arrived, she has thought about what I need and what the guests need.

This beautiful woman crossed countries, took care of everything behind the scenes, facilitated the most gorgeous spaces, supported me with every single element and managed to bring joy into every moment.

What a gift it is to have people in your life who don’t just cheer for your dreams, they help you build them.

If you’ve been on a retreat with Dana then you know what a treat it is to be in her company ❤️

We are already planning next years ‘Re-Connect in Calpe Retreat’ and there’s 14 spaces available, I’m taking names for the waitlist now xx

We need money but what price are we paying in the pursuit?

I want slow meals
(without taking pictures)

I want walks with nowhere to get to
(with no talk about work)

I want dancing in the kitchen
(even if there’s dishes that need cleaning)

I want dogs on the bed.
Friends coming over without an invite.
Messy conversations.
Spontaneous nights and slow mornings.

I don’t want to be optimised or to judge success by cash received.
I want days filled with things I love that are not productive and not recorded.

I don’t want to track everything.
Just my peace ❤️

“Best Friend” is about learning to become a safer place for yourself to land. To not be your harshest critic and start becoming your own support, your own home, your own best friend.

The little version of me deserves so much love and kindness, and that relationship with my inner child is still healing and developing, maybe yours is too?
