An evening to learn, ask questions, and understand more about this powerful healing tradition carried through indigenous lineages of the Amazon.

We will begin with heart opening Cacao before moving into a grounded and honest exploration of the medicine, its history, its purpose, and what it truly means to sit in ceremony.

The Red Thread Rising is returning soon ⚡️
Our monthly children’s workshops will be starting up again, spaces where little ones can explore grounding, mindfulness, and creativity through sound, movement, and breath.
I’m also opening the space to welcome new facilitators into the circle. If you hold an offering that would support or inspire children - from sound healing, yoga, and breathwork, to art, movement, or nature connection, I’d love to hear from you.

Lately I’ve been sitting with the energy of money…
Facing some hard truths with the deep undercurrents:
✨ The way I meet the energy of money
✨ The narratives I’ve inherited or created
✨ The unconscious patterns and ancestral wounds that shape how I give, receive, or resist abundance
This isn’t about greed or materialism.
It’s about breaking down the false stories we’ve been told—or told ourselves—so that we can live more soul-led, authentic lives.
To hold ourselves accountable.
To look honestly at how we’re showing up in that exchange.
To ask: What energy am I bringing to my relationship with money? Is it rooted in fear, lack, shame—or trust, integrity, enoughness?
I’m thinking of hosting a workshop—either in person at The Red Thread, or online—where we can gather in circle and explore this together.
We’ll look at:
The energetics of money and how we’re meeting it
The ancestral patterning and internalised beliefs around wealth and worth
How to begin releasing what no longer serves and rewrite the exchange from a soul-aligned place, plus practices to rewrite the narrative and take back your power

✨A Deeper Offering

I’ve been sitting with something for a while now.

Working in the Akashic field has shown me so much — not just about others, but about myself, about the layers we carry, and what real healing actually takes. It’s beautiful, yes, but it’s also confronting. What I witness in the Records is often not easy to look at — pain, avoidance, trauma loops, ancestral weight, and deeply embedded beliefs that we’ve picked up so young we don’t even realise they’re running the show.

This is less of a polished announcement and more of an honest self-evaluation — a call inward as I explore how I can deepen the level of support I offer.

In the Akashic space, I see many versions of a person. We often hear about the “Higher Self” — but truthfully, there are multiple aspects of the higher self, each carrying different guidance, perspectives, and soul wisdom. In fact, we have multiple Higher Selves, each holding a different thread of wisdom, perspective, and guidance from other lifetimes and realms.
(And for those unfamiliar with the term — no shame, no judgment — the Higher Self is the expanded version of you beyond this physical incarnation. It’s the soul’s broader awareness, carrying memory and insight from your infinite nature. It sees the full map, not just the moment.)

Within an Akashic session, I don’t just meet the soul — I watch the soul in motion. I see the multidimensional playing field: inner child wounds clashing with ancestral imprints, karmic patterns re-surfacing in present-day relationships, and layers of forgotten power waiting to be reclaimed.

It’s not always beautiful. Sometimes it’s brutal. But it’s always purposeful. And here’s what’s also true: this path isn’t easy. - *continued in comments
