Retired kicks hold many memories for me. Recently letting 2 pairs go was tough!

“Momentous day. Tossing out my Air Pegasus 27s. Ran the 2013 in these sleds. Been mowing grass and planting stuff with them since. Wife said, “They smell like dead stuff.” Yep, that smells a lot like my running career.”

The Boston Marathon race director looking better in un**es than I ever could.

“Day 60 — August 9 Miles run = 48.0. Finish location – Rollersville, OH. Comments: “Today I hit my 60-20 day, ie, it 60 days GONE & 20 days LEFT. Again, it was hot but it rained like crazy & I went out in my BVDs & took a shower in the rain. Ppl thought I was NUTS!” 11/12”
