About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah Hammit - mom of 4 amazing kids and owner of Journey Wellness. I’m passionate about helping the mom who feels anxious, overwhelmed and like a foreigner in her own body to feel calm, connected, purposeful and confident in her body and her life.

I believe that there’s no greater gift than love. I’m here to empower moms to be and feel their best so they have the energy, confidence and vitality so they can embrace the beautiful chaos of motherhood.

Beyond my biggest passion of being a mom, I’m also a Women’s Health Coach (trained through IWHI), yoga teacher (children & adult yoga), lover of the outdoors and married to my best friend.
