💯 - I’m sure all my clients can hear me saying “you need to EAT!” And ladies, the first two things to shut down when your body is malnourished - digestive tract and reproductive system.

So much of the weight loss conversation has been built around restriction, and that’s where so many women get stuck.

When you undernourish your body, you increase stress hormones, slow your metabolism, and create a system that holds onto weight, not releases it. But when you start focusing on what your body actually needs (enough protein, enough fiber, the right fasting windows, proper recovery) you shift into a completely different state.

One where your body feels safe, supported, and ready to burn fat efficiently. This is the reframe: stop taking away, and start fueling your body in a way that allows it to do what it’s designed to do 🙌
