IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE. Beginning Monday, November 24th, we will commence the renovation of our store and pharmacy flooring. Our business will remain operational throughout the renovation period, with the majority of work being conducted at night, and some during regular business hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as certain merchandise will be temporarily relocated until the renovations are finished. We ask that you please follow any posted directions and staff guidance during this time. We eagerly anticipate showcasing our newly renovated space. -Management 😊

Our flu clinic is currently in full operation.
You still have an opportunity to receive your flu shot, today, Wednesday, October 29th, and tomorrow, Thursday, October 30th, from 9AM-5PM.
**Please note that we DO NOT offer COVID vaccines**
No appointments are necessary; we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
We appreciate your patience and request that you please bring your care card.

It is upsetting that this even needs to be addressed,

but as of lately there has been a lot of unnecessary abuse towards our staff, PLEASE treat others how you want to be treated,
our staff show up every day to help you to the best of our ability, and knowledge, there are policies and procedures that we NEED to follow, and some things are out of our control, we need to follow our head office rules, the college of pharmacy rules for prescriptions, and BCLC rules for lottery,

I as manager can ensure you that my staff are trained properly on all these policies and procedures, If you are unhappy with a outcome or have a problem or question, I encourage you to please talk to me either in store OR you are welcome to phone me at the store, and I will be more than happy to help you any further.

PLEASE treat our staff with kindness, and respect, so we can continue to show up and serve the community we love! 😊
