Yesterday’s sunset was literally jaw dropping! I was so frustrated going around the gym parking lot for the sixth time thinking I was going to be early for my yoga class and fifteen minutes later still hadn’t found a spot but now I’m so so grateful because I got to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets. We all have parking lots and sunsets in our lives and we get to choose which to focus on; we can focus on the parking lots or we can focus on the sunsets, you decide. But when you focus on the parking lots, you’ll miss the sunsets. And when you focus on the sunsets, you may just be grateful for the parking lots that forced you to slow down and experience the beauty. what’s one of your sunsets?

A New Year: New Offerings!

I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my new wellness (side) business, The Z Factor, LLC, where I combine my loves for personal growth, wellness, and deep, meaningful connections with my teaching background, leadership expertise, and strong intuition. I recently completed Co-Active Training Institute’s Fundamentals of Coaching and I cannot describe the alignment and purpose I felt in helping others in this way.

I’m now offering coaching and private yoga sessions designed to:

*Be a safe, encouraging support in helping you accomplish your goals, be they personal or professional
*Empower you to build joy and authenticity in your daily life
*Reconnect you with your truest self or help you discover what that means to you!
