This special session allows you to:
Release the Week's Tension: Take a moment to let go of the stress and anxieties accumulated during the week. Our practices will help set a calming tone for your weekend.
Kickstart Your Weekend: Treat yourself to this self-care experience as a way to honor your body and mind before diving into your weekend plans. You deserve this time to rejuvenate and refresh.

What to Expect:
Gentle Movement: The session begins with 5–10 minutes of gentle floor movements to release tension and prepare your body for deep relaxation.
Guided Yoga Nidra: Drift into bliss with guided Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep. You’ll be fully supported, allowing your body to relax and your mind to quiet.
Sound Healing: Conclude your journey with the resonant vibrations of the gong, designed to release tension and soothe your nervous system.

What to Bring/Wear:
Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in—think soft, stretchy, or loose layers (the ultimate rest attire!) A yoga mat. If you don't have one, we have plenty to borrow. A blanket.
Optional: an eye mask, an extra blanket, or pillow for extra comfort
No prior experience needed—just lie back, follow the guidance, and emerge feeling grounded, refreshed, and fully relaxed.
