Happy Father's Day!

When we were growing up, we didn't have an oven (we still don't!).

But I vividly remember my dad preparing cupcakes for us.

He'd use these metallic yellow cups and bake them in a sufuria with boiling, steaming water.

The results were the most yummy, delicious cakes. That was his way of showing love.

Thank you, Dad. ❤️

Gregory's herbal tea

Black tea without sugar

Ingredients:
1. Caramel flavored tea bag
2. Large Fresh lemon
3. Medium size ginger root
4. Cinnamon spices

How to:
1. Peal the ginger root and cut it into slices.
2. Put in a sufuria and boil for 10 minutes.
3. Add cinnamon spices.
4. Add your tea bag.
5. Add slices of lemon.
6. Let it rest.
7. Drink your herbal tea slowly to enjoy together with peanuts, eggs, and a rainbow of vegetables.

My mission: to inspire fit men & build libraries for disadvantaged Kenyan children. Tomorrow, I'm making my first donation of 12 books.
