Week 2 in the books LIIFT 4 !!! Crushing workout and diet is dialed in ... haven’t been posting much because of my busy work schedule but stand by as results start coming in !!!

Crushed leg day!!! LIIFT 4 is probably my favorite workout on beachbody program!!! Shakeology is my favorite shake 👍🇺🇸!!! Week 1 almost in the books on my days off I will run to try and burn more fat !!!

Today I started a new workout program. I hate doing this but sometimes you need to listen to your body. Due to my work schedule which is working everyday and getting in an hour workout as intense as it is I felt my results aren’t going to be where they need to be due to fatigue. Sometimes listening to your body which comes with experience is better for results. I found this out as I got more wise!!! If your constantly beating your body up and are restless you are doing more harm them good. I haven’t seen the results I really wanted with insanity not because of the workout because I haven’t given it 100 percent on workout or diet. So with no excuses I switch it up to LIIFT 4 still intense lifting/HIIT workout regime but more manageable as the workouts are only 30-40 minutes... so for what it’s worth .. day #1 in the books 50/50 non stop lifting into HIIT workout running in place, mountain climbers, burpee !!! Then core !!! Happy Monday off to work !!!
