🎾 Want better hand-eye coordination on court?
Most people think tennis is all about hitting harder.
But sometimes… the problem is simply that your eyes and body aren’t working together fast enough 😆
These are 5 simple coordination drills we did during training:
1️⃣ Double Ball Exchange (Opposite Hand)
2️⃣ Double Ball Exchange (Same Hand)
3️⃣ Reaction Drop Catch
4️⃣ Overhead Tracking Catch
5️⃣ Turn & React Catch
They may look easy, but once the speed goes up, your brain starts buffering 😂
These drills help with:
✔️ Tracking the ball better
✔️ Faster reaction speed
✔️ Better movement to the ball
✔️ Improved timing and coordination
And honestly, they’re quite fun to do with a partner too.
