FREE TASTER CLASS 2 October 2025

Whether a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, everyone is welcome to this new mixed ability class.

The Thursday morning Chiddingstone class will be £15 a session – first class on 2 October will be free, but please either email me or DM me via Facebook to book a slot, so I have mats for everyone.

Yoga is not about being bendy and the class is designed to support mobility, strength, stability and flexibility in your regular life and sport. My practice concentrates on breath led movement with an emphasis on spinal health.

Namaste yogis. Sadly this year’s summer has been a fairly disruptive if vibrant one. This has made yoga at Falconhurst so unpredictable and the forecast is not showing a significant change, so we have sadly decided not to continue the yoga at Falconhurst. It has been a joy to share the practice with many new faces in such a pretty location and I hope to see those keen to practice with me again in the future. I shall post alternative ‘indoor’ arrangements as and when I have found a suitable location. If anyone is interested in any private sessions do DM me to chat. 🙏
