Last Summer, while visiting Tofino, I discovered these incredible essential oil blends from , a woman-owned, indigenous-owned Vancouver Island company.

I’m thrilled to now be bringing a beautiful selection of their oils to Earth & Ember for my clients to experience during their appointments.

Aromatherapy is supportive to nervous system down-regulation, setting the stage for the body to receive the deep restorative work that acupuncture provides.

✨ Clinical highlights from this winter:
– Seeing blood pressure numbers drop after acupuncture treatments (measured before and after)
- Seeing a patient transition off lifelong asthma medication after three months of herbal care (amazing “side effect” to improving overall health)
- Babies conceived!
- Hot flashes and perimenopausal symptoms reduced
- Pain eased or resolved across many conditions
- And as always, seeing hardworking nervous systems settle and regulate

A wonderful rewarding Winter indeed. With much gratitude for my patients’ perseverance and consistency, which is what lays the groundwork to achieve these kinds of deep and lasting results.

🌟 October was a huge personal and professional milestone month. I transitioned into my private practice full-time and stepped into the next phase of my vision to create a sanctuary for healing with Traditional Chinese Medicine. I can’t wait to share the full reveal tomorrow! ✨

Ginger, goji berries, and raw local honey make an incredible warming, sweet and slightly spicy drink that is good for boosting immunity, nourishing blood and yin, and strengthening digestion. I’ve been drinking lots of it recently and feel the sustenance it provides is much more powerful than a cup of coffee. It replenishes resources instead of burning through them. Try this out if you’re looking for something delicious and warm to drink but trying to change out habits that are draining your life force (PSLs I’m looking at you!) 🍂
