I can’t believe how much I can eat now 🥹
I used to only tolerate purées for months.

Now I can finally enjoy real food again—
after years of rebuilding my gut and its diversity.

Most meals, I get 10+ different plants,
plus a mix of protein across the week
(fish, chicken, beans, eggs…).

Here’s how I keep it simple:
1. Mix everything together
(stir fry, soups, casseroles)
2. Batch cook + freeze
so I can rotate meals through the week
3. Change toppings
nuts, seeds, herbs, dressings

Not more restriction—just more variety. 🌿
