Feeling like you need a little reset, mamas?

I’ve been a little quiet here lately, but for a good reason. Between moving and creating something special for our community, life has been full in the best way.

One of the things I’ve been working on is making more spaces for local moms to connect, feel supported, and just breathe.

I’m excited to invite you to the first Mama Reset at Kindred Ground on March 20th, 11 AM to 12 PM. ☕

This is a relaxed Q&A for moms, a cozy space to chat about baby sleep, feeding, postpartum life, or whatever is on your mind. Bring your little ones, grab a coffee, and come as you are. Stay for the full hour or pop by for a bit if that works better for your day. 🤎

Motherhood can feel overwhelming and sometimes just sitting with other moms who get it makes all the difference.

The holidays can feel magical and overwhelming at the same time, especially in the postpartum months. There are more plans, more people, more expectations, and often very little space to pause.

This is your reminder that self care does not need to be big or perfect this time of year. A warm bath once the house is quiet. A cup of tea by the Christmas lights. Rest whenever it is offered. A few slow breaths in the middle of the day.

Celebrate the small wins and the little joys around you, even when the days feel full. These moments still matter.
They support your nervous system, your recovery, and your ability to show up for your baby and yourself.

You’re doing enough, mama. You really are 🤍
