The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) connects your jaw to your skull...and is powered by muscles that link to your neck, head & shoulders.
Jaw clenching, grinding & tightness (often happening at night without awareness) causes repeated facial stress & muscle load, which leads to so many painful symptoms.
