Big difference in my health since I adopted carnivore and keto in my life! Healthier now at 60 than I was at 51.

Daily for me during week on lifting days. Need 200g protein a day or as close as possible. At 60 need more protein and more rest than at 30. Luckily carnivore/keto gives me both. Rest I recover faster than normal 60 year old.

Gone from 2 pushups to now 3 in last 5 1/2 months. I don’t think this carnivore diet and lifting is working all that great 😊.

Wanted to talk about fasting. Fasting is a great tool and has helped me this past couple years. Research done all of them. Intermittent, extended water, and dry fasting. CORRECTIONS: Wife lives in Phillipines, after getting her visa (think 90 day finance without the drama 😊). She’s been in Ohio since August 2025 and we are now legally married. Also, blood pressure meds were 50mg cut them to 25g before ditching them. That once year visit now to doc is for my FREE yearly wellness exam and blood work.

Eating clean with carnivore and keto get my protein in has helped me in last 5 months go from benching 110 to 200 currently at 60. Plus intermittent fasting and some prolonged fasting sprinkled in.

We went to Sam’s Friday and since stopped taking my blood pressure meds last month wanted check it somewhere besides my house make sure my monitor at home is working. Got my answer 😊. 113/82 Year ago on meds it averaged 140s-150s/80s.

Keto/carnivore and fasting builds health, allows me to lift heavier and recover faster than other 60 year olds. Only been 5 months so still long way to go.
