Enzo.bike The perfect workout for the time you have. Don't guess what to do with your 45 minutes.

Enzo analyzes your Strava history to build the optimal session for your fitness today.

I don’t have time to plan workouts. I just have time to ride.
75 minutes yesterday. Enzo built the workout, sent it to my Garmin, guided me through the intervals, and uploaded when I got home.
I didn’t think about anything except riding.

09/03/2026

Sick all week. Sun’s finally out. Body’s finally ready.
Enzo knew I’d been off the bike and built a comeback workout — Sweet Spot intervals, one hour, outdoors.
No plan to fall behind on. Just the right ride for today.

You don’t need a training plan. You need the right workout for today.
Enzo reads your Strava, builds a session tuned to your zones, and sends it to your trainer in one tap.
No more junk miles.

I never used to prep my workouts the night before. I’d wake up, faff around trying to decide what to do, run out of time, and just go ride without a plan.
Now I check Enzo the night before. Tomorrow it’s 2 x 15 minute threshold intervals. One hour. Already know exactly what I’m doing the moment I clip in.
Small thing. But it’s the difference between a purposeful hour and just spinning.

The weather’s almost there.
Which means in about three weeks, the group rides are back. The ones where the pace goes up and it immediately becomes obvious who put the work in over winter.
This is me putting the work in.
VO2 max surges. One hour. Prescribed by Enzo based on everything I’ve done this week — including the stuff that wasn’t on the bike.
It’s gonna hurt. But that’s kind of the point.

Saturday’s coming. Are you ready for it?
Group rides are fun until they’re not — and the difference is usually whether you’ve done the work to hang on.
This is what Enzo gave me this morning: 90 minutes of VO2 Max intervals designed to expand your oxygen-carrying capacity for exactly those sustained hard efforts. The kind that happen on the second climb when the group is still together and everyone’s hurting.
No plan. No falling behind. Just — I have 90 minutes, what should I do today?
That’s it.

One hard session left this week. Time to make it count.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🎯 VO2 Max Intervals: Group Ride Readiness⁣⁣
⚡️ 3x high-intensity efforts to increase cardiac output and oxygen delivery⁣⁣
⁣⁣
45 minutes. TSS 45. IF 0.70.⁣⁣
Swipe to see why Enzo prescribed this →⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Last 7 days: 47 TSS total, 86% easy, 11% hard⁣⁣
6 days ago: Recovery ride (TSS 22)⁣⁣
3 days ago: Tempo ride (TSS 25)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Enzo looked at that and said: “You’re fresh. You have room to build.”⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is smart training. Not “Tuesday = intervals” because the plan says so.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I had one quality slot left this week. My body was actually ready for it. So Enzo prescribed VO2max work - the kind that prepares you to hang with faster riders on group rides.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Look at those three big blocks in the power curve. That’s 3x efforts above threshold. Hard. Focused. Exactly what I needed.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Training load balanced. Recovery respected. Intensity earned.⁣⁣
That’s adaptive training. Every ride has a purpose. No guessing. No wasted time.

Sometimes you really only have 30 minutes.
Today: Kids’ swim meet, French horn lesson, Super Bowl party later.

But I still got my workout in.

🎯 Sweet Spot Power Builder - Low Cadence
⚡️ One sustained effort at sweet spot power, 30 minutes total

Swipe to see the ex*****on →

Look at that power curve. Smooth ramp up, held 240-250W for the main interval, controlled cooldown.

Avg power: 156W (kept the warmup/cooldown easy) 250ish for the main interval.

Avg HR: 130bpm (stayed aerobic), 170 or so fo the main interval

This is why I built Enzo. Life doesn’t stop for training. Kids have activities. Work happens. Friends come over.

But 30 minutes? I can always find 30 minutes.
Enzo looked at my recent training (quality work 2 days ago, recovery yesterday) and said “you can handle a focused sweet spot effort today.”

Not some throwaway junk miles. Not skipping entirely. A real workout that maintains fitness.

Prescribed in 30 seconds. One click to Zwift. Done in 30 minutes. Training that fits the time you actually have. That’s the whole point.

This is what adaptive training actually looks like.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Last week: 73% easy, 27% hard (polarized distribution ✓)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Yesterday: Recovery ride, TSS 22⁣⁣
5 days ago: Tempo intervals, TSS 59⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Today: Enzo says I’m ready for quality work.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🎯 Sweet Spot Climbing Power⁣⁣
⚡️ 4x intervals to maximize mitochondrial density and raise lactate threshold without excessive fatigue⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2 hours. TSS 120. IF 0.70.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This is the magic of training load management. Enzo didn’t just look at my calendar and say “Thursday = hard day.”⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It looked at:⁣⁣
1. My last 7 days (81 TSS total)⁣⁣
2. My intensity distribution (excellent balance)⁣⁣
3. My recent hard effort (5 days ago)⁣⁣
4. My training goal (climbing strength for hilly century)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Result: I’m primed for quality tempo work today.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
That’s the difference between following a rigid plan and training that adapts to how your body is actually responding.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
No guessing. No “should I skip this?” Just the right workout at the right time.⁣⁣

I had 45 minutes today. Here’s what Enzo prescribed:
🎯 Climbing Power - Threshold Intervals
3x steady efforts at FTP to increase lactate tolerance and extend the time I can sustain climbing power.
45 minutes. TSS 45. IF 0.70.

This is specific training. I’m 6 weeks out from a hilly century. Enzo knows I need to build my ability to hold power on climbs that last 10+ minutes.
3 intervals. Controlled warmup with progressive build. Clean cooldown.
Last ride was sweet spot. This week? Climbing-specific threshold work.
That’s adaptive training—it doesn’t just look at how much time I have. It looks at what I’m training FOR and where I am in the timeline.
No guessing. No “is this the right workout?” Just progressive training for the goal I actually have.

I had 60 minutes today. Here’s what Enzo gave me:
🎯 Sweet Spot Centurion: Sustained Power Builder
2x long intervals right in the sweet spot zone—that perfect training intensity that builds mitochondrial density and lactate clearance without destroying you.
1 hour. TSS 60. IF 0.70.
This is the magic zone for cyclists with limited time. Hard enough to drive adaptation. Not so hard you need 2 days to recover.
I’m 7 weeks out from a century ride. Enzo’s building my ability to hold power for hours, not just minutes.
Yesterday was threshold work. Today was sustained power. Tomorrow? Probably easy endurance.
That’s the point—every ride has a purpose. No guessing. No “should I go harder?” Just progressive training that fits the time I actually have.
