A Personal Journey 🤍

As many of you know, my practice has always been a space of care, compassion, and healing. Today, I’d like to share a more personal chapter of my life — my pregnancy journey.

While this season has been incredibly special, it has also come with its challenges. I navigated my pregnancy with underlying diabetes and hypothyroidism, which placed me in a high-risk category. This meant closer monitoring, stricter discipline, and moments of uncertainty that tested me both physically and emotionally.

As a medical practitioner, you understand the science — but living it is a completely different experience. This journey has deepened my empathy for every patient I see, especially mothers facing similar challenges. It has reminded me of the strength of the human body, the importance of support systems, and the value of trusting the process.

I’m grateful for the care, guidance, and unwavering support I’ve received throughout. Most importantly, I’m thankful for the lessons this journey has taught me — both as a doctor and as a mother.

To all the moms navigating high-risk pregnancies: you are stronger than you know. 🤍
